ARCADIS Geraghty & Miller - ENI Endorsement Letter

Dear Valued ARCADIS Geraghty & Miller Supplier:

ARCADIS Geraghty & Miller is pleased to announce the roll out of the ARCADIS on-line procurement sourcing platform. This procurement platform program is designed by Environmental Network International, Inc. (ENI) http://www.eni-net.com/ and will be used to locate, qualify, and request proposals, bids, and information from suppliers. The program will connect ARCADIS's Procurement Professionals and Project Managers with the sellers of environmental and engineering services, supplies, and equipment.

ENI has prepared a customized on-line procurement platform for ARCADIS’s use in accordance with our procurement requirements. This ENI/ARCADIS platform will be accessed and utilized by both ARCADIS Procurement Professionals and Project Managers through our secured Intranet. The ENI platform is a procurement resource tool to locate and access qualified suppliers that meet Client and ARCADIS requirements on commercial, federal and overhead projects.

ARCADIS Procurement Professionals and Project Managers in over 40 locations throughout the US will use ENI's on-line system to identify qualified suppliers for projects and then e-mail the supplier either a Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposal (RFP), or Request for Quote (RFQ), thus eliminating many telephone calls, mailing, and faxing of these documents. Suppliers can then respond to these requests directly to ARCADIS using their existing e-mail capability.

ARCADIS does not require suppliers to list with ENI; however, by not listing with ENI suppliers may miss possible opportunities that can be procured via the on-line platform. We encourage you to fill out your company’s data sheet to enable ARCADIS to more fully source and qualify your company. ARCADIS and ENI believe that suppliers utilizing ENI will greatly reduce their marketing costs and other costs associated with seeking and responding to procurement requests.
